The initial project consisted of bungalows and one pool only. However, during the process, it became evident that Bonaire is also in need of apartments. Therefore, we have replaced a number of bungalows with apartments. Since a growing number of foreign buyers do not spend the whole year on Bonaire, we added a limited number of garages and storage units to the project. Some homeowners will decide to rent out their homes for a limited period of time. A garage will than be a safe storage for their car and personal belongings, while the storageboxes may be useful to the inhabitants of the smaller apartments. We decided to construct two pools instead of one for various reasons. First of all, the distance from all homes to any pool is much shorter now, and, secondly, the first pool that will be ready for use around July is situated on the windward side of the terrain inbetween the bungalows that will be completed at the same time. ongoing construction will be of no significant inconvenience to
the first pool area, the surrounding bungalows, or their inhabitatants.
