Renting Out Your Property
There is a growing demand for the funished, comfortable bugalows from Regatta Residences' closed community. Several owners have already succesfully rented out their bungalows. The rentals are for a minimal period of one month, but some owners have closed contracts for a year and longer. Also, the project developer has rented out some furnished, but yet unsold, bungalows. The return on investment can be as high as 7% to 8%. Additionally, one can expect that, in the long run, the increase of your Bonaire real estate will be an average of 5% per year.
Of course, it is up to each individual owner to decide whether to rent out or not, and if so, whether to rent it himself or use one of Bonaire's brokers. Up until now, the rentals have been successfully coordinated and managed under direct supervision of the developer. The developer and part of his staff permanently reside at the resort. There is a 24/7 supervision over your property.

The spacious bungalows are fully furnished and air-conditioned.

No more than two persons per bedroom.

Payments are to be made via bank transfer or cash, no credit cards.

Cleaning services are available at additional charge.

Free use of the large 25' x 50' fresh-water pool.
