All of the project’s 23,000 square meter land is privately owned by the development company. Full ownership of each individual bungalow, apartment, garage, or storage box will be passed on to its respective buyer. All remaining areas, such as both pools, community gardens, roads, and security office, will be owned, maintained and managed by the owners’ association. This legal construction allows the Regatta Residence community to restrict entry into the property and give the owners a firm and decisive grip on security and privacy matters. For the time being, the developers will employ a security officer at the entrance gate during night hours. In due time the owners’ association will manage this matter. Also for the time being a service charge of Nafl. 300.00 per month is obligatory.
The first pool will be available for the residents in August 2007. This pool is a spacious 16 x 8 meters (8.75 x 17.5 yards). The pool area will include toilets and a large deck. (Click on the left thumbnail to view the pool specifications).
The second pool is situated at the other side of the terrain and will be considerably larger than the first one. Construction of this second pool is scheduled for early 2008. (Click on the left thumbnail to view the pool specifications).
At a later stage the owners’ association can, of course, add any additional feature or service as deemed necessary.
